When you make an enquiry or book a demo, we collect:

• your name, your agency or business name and your email address;
• your telephone number and the property software or CRM you use, if you choose to give them;
• any message you send us;
• for a demo, the date and time you choose.

When you submit a form we also record, where available, the page you were on, the website that referred you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (sometimes called UTM tags). This helps us understand which of our marketing is working.

• to respond to your enquiry;
• to arrange and provide the demonstration you've booked;
• to manage our relationship with you as a prospective customer;
• to understand and improve our marketing;
• to operate and look after Vierra.

Responding to your enquiry or booking is one thing; keeping you informed about Vierra afterwards is another. We will always deal with what you asked us for. Where permitted, we may also send you occasional relevant information about Vierra. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

• Steps before a contract — when you ask about Vierra or book a demo, we use your details to respond and to show you the product.
• Legitimate interests — to manage prospective customer relationships, understand our marketing and run our business, where this doesn't override your rights. This can include business-to-business marketing about Vierra.

They act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also share information where the law requires it.

We keep your information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes above — for example while we are in contact about Vierra — and then delete it or make it anonymous. If you opt out of marketing, we keep enough to make sure we don't contact you again.
